Service Description
An EICR is like an MOT but for your properties electrical system. An EICR includes a list of any damage, deteriation or hazards. Recommendations for safety improvements, a list of observations. It is recommended that homeowners conduct an EICR every Ten years but it is mandatory that landlords have this service carried out every Five years.
